Sean was contracted by our interior designer to repair drywall and paint a full main floor renovation. All ceilings, floors, walls, trim, new built ins, existing built ins and two wooden chairs were all tackled.
The entry surround was oil based paint which required a treatment in order for the latex paint to adhere. It worked!
Work was orderly and clean up was efficient. Excellent care was taken to protect new installs and the finishing caulking is perfect.
Returns to repair damage caused by others was completed in a timely manner.
Exterior work will be tackled this year. Brady Painting will be the contractor.

Sean's mastery of colour and style came through for us in solving our problem of how to set our fireplace apart from our living room - an area adjoining a
transition wall to a sloped ceiling
maxing out at 20 feet.
He also noticed that our colour
consultant had chosen a different colour for our front room (which was in line of sight from the fireplace) so he
not only delineated the fireplace but harmonized the colour scheme, making a pleasing visual flow on our open concept main floor.

Q: How much do you charge?
A: We charge by the job. This can vary depending on whether you, the client want all walls, ceiling and trim done.
Also: -How many repairs there are to do; what colour you choose etc.
All of the above will affect cost.
Q: How long will it take?
A: Usually within a few days to a week depending on the size of the job. Preparation takes as long if not longer than the actual painting.
Q: Do you do repairs?
A: Yes, we do. All kinds of plaster and drywall repairs; making things look new.
Q: How many painters do you have?
A: we are a small company. Usually just two professional painters are needed.
I, myself the owner, am always on the job.
Q: What paint do you use?
A: All large paint manufacturers have a full line of paints. All top line paints are high quality and yeild the best results.
